Ridiculous Bitch is the brainchild of New York City-based production team Karen Xerri and Jimmie Marlowe, born from the isolation days of the pandemic, drawing on ‘equal parts punk, NYC grunge and glamorous rock and roll’ (New Noise Magazine).

Both international touring veterans by their teenage years, the two eccentric entertainers and classically-trained multi-instrumentalists share an intense passion for groundbreaking and notoriously controversial acts which have shaped and shifted music history. The result culminate in a perfect blend of the familiar and avant-garde; a highly unique sound - accessible to the masses and cerebral enough to appeal to the rest of us while never taking itself too seriously.

Joined by powerhouse musicians Dominick Martes, Jonny D, Lock Driver & Don W. Berger from Marlowe’s longtime former project, Ridiculous Bitch's uniquely eclectic style has been infused by the supergroup's strongest influences including Betty Davis, Bowie, Patti Smith, PJ Harvey, Nick Cave, Biffy Clyro and The Raconteurs.

And, while spreading oneself too stylistically thin in this new world of instant, personally-curated-playlists might open up a highly versatile group like Ridiculous Bitch up to a pitfall of musical obscurity, the groups music manages to avoid it brilliantly.
