TK (Taehyung Kim) is a composer based in Seoul, South Korea, making quiet instrumental music for piano and strings.

TK writes, arranges and produces every track. The first single, “Light & Dark” (released 21 August 2026), is a two-part piece: “Light”, a slow piano melody in A-flat major with soft strings underneath that swells warmly toward its close, and “Dark”, its counterpart in A minor. The piano and strings are rendered from sampled acoustic instruments.

“Light” has been added to the Spotify playlists “Solo Piano Reflections” and “Piano, Strings & Neo-Classical 2026”, and it is available in the YouTube Shorts music library.

Music for reading, studying, slow mornings and late nights.
