Richard Okamoto (born January 19, 2004), known by his artist name, starfall, is a Japanese-American singer-songwriter, born and raised on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. He is known for creating music under the pop and R&B.

He frequently collaborates with artists and friends such as Bixby and Joon, with a large amount of his songs being produced by the likes of Joshwa, Christian Blair, and carbine.
