About Stevie Silver

Emerging in 2007 from Boston, MA, and now in Kyoto, Japan, Stevie Silver blends Blues, Rock 'n Roll, and Rockabilly into a genre-defying sound.

Stevie is available to work solo, a duo with Kansai guitarist Edwin Bunales or with his full band Stevie Silver and The Westsiders (typically 4 piece band depending on vendor needs).

Stevie was active in the Boston area music scene for the past 20 years and has now relocated to Kyoto, Japan. After being mentored by blues great Ronnie Earl he played with some of Boston's best blues and blues/rock bands. Striking out on his own in 2007 Stevie released his first CD-Can't Get Enough paying tribute to some of his blues influences, and his second CD-Juke Box Baby in 2010 produced by Duke Robillard. In 2025 Stevie released his new original Roots Rock and Rockabilly album "Cruisin' " recorded at the famous Sun Studios in Memphis TN and Lakewest Studios in Rhode Island with Duke Robillard producing and contributing musically.
