TELEFUNKER is the title track off of Javelins first ever E.P. and serves as a closer for the album. Javelin is made up of four members, Lead singer and drummer Jacob Bieber, guitarist Anthony Pollock, Bassist Josh Van Beek, and guitarist Jared Bieber. The entire band has been friends for just as long as they’ve been making music together, four musicians naturally drawn to one another back when they were in highschool, and are from a small town in southern Ontario Canada.

TELEFUNKER the song started off as the brainchild of guitarist Anthony Pollock who took on the task of mixing every song on the album. The E.P. was entirely self produced by the band. Production began in April of 2024 and after a hectic summer and fall ended in February off this year. TELEFUNKER specifically struggled as a song. Roughly a week before recording Vocals TELEFUNKER was still left without either a melody or lyrics for the song's verses. Putting their heads together after countless attempts the band was finally able come up with something they all felt happy with. The melody felt both fun and interesting to the band and the lyrics captured the idea they were going for perfectly. The songs were mastered by Siegfried Meier of Beach Road Mastering and all art for the album was hand drawn by Dennis Dale owner of Dale's Performance Automotive. 

Although promotion of the new release is a major priority after nearly a year working on the E.P. Javelin is already hard at work on new music. Although now that it's done and released it is nice to take a second to take in and appreciate how the songs are being received. So far although still in the early stages of releasing music things look bright for the band moving forward.
