Hunter is an extremely rare find, at just 16 Hunter's skills & professionalism were enough to capture the attention of PM Records CEO, Drew Batties. Drew remembers listening to a demo that one of his producers had presented to him earlier in 2021. "I was instantly drawn into the vocal style and range & the overall package that Hunter presented. He was musically talented, had a great voice for pop, could write, play various instruments, had already worked with some of Melbourne's premier vocal couches and song writers. Signing Hunter was never a question that I had to contemplate - I knew that Hunter would fit into the PM Records family, and I contacted Hunter and his family. The rest has progressed so quickly to point that we are now preparing to release Hunter's debut release, What Is Love?"

Hunter started in the industry at only 4 years old and commenced vocal training, guitar, piano & bass lessons which continued through primary school into high school. Hunter is currently studying full time and combines his passion for music with his second love, swimming. Hunter is a competitively trained swimmer (training six days a week), Hunter has the right balance of education, music & physical activity. One of Hunters favourite times is writing music with his song writer father Hayden and together they write in various music genres, during the start of the pandemic Hunter and his father have written several musical works for Hunter's debut album which will drop late 2022.

Hunter's first public performance was in front of a live audience, and he stated that it was the most amazing experience that he ever felt. Hunter also believes that original live performance assisted him in finding a new sense of confidence and instantly knew from that performance that he wanted a career in the music industry.

"When I finish a project that I have been working on I feel a great sense of pride & happiness knowing that all of the hard work and time I dedicate to writing the songs has paid off" - Hunter states. Hunter has an incredibly supportive family network with his father a song writer and his mother Belinda is well experienced in social media and PR and will continue to guide and assist Hunter through his emergence & career within the music industry.

Hunter's favourite genre at present is pop music as he feels that he has the vocal range to deliver a great pop song, he loves melodic catchy pop songs that also tell a story. The pop structure of rhythms, melody & riff are so enjoyable to create, and it is exciting to be able to share an experience in life or a feeling with a great pop song. Hunter's music influences range from 80's artists through to modern day entertainers such as Shawn Mends. Growing up in a home that always had music playing I am fortunate to have experience the enormous variety of sounds from artists over time. "My father would listen to Guns n Roses, Nirvana, so I have a strong interest in rock & rock bands, as well as liking Ed Sheeran, Maroon5 & Bruno Mars."

Hunter is an extremely driven, well organised, and capable artist who has leapt into the music industry at a great age to learn about the diversified & challenging roles and environment of the industry. PM Records have signed Hunter as a priority artist with a long-term artist development and relationship in mind for his future.
