Kathleen Daniel (Minneapolis, Minnesota) is an artist, filmmaker and singer-songwriter based in Ponitz, Thuringia in Germany. Daniel has lived and worked in New York, San Mateo and Los Angeles.
Her music and animations have been been lauded in Vice Magazine, Dis Magazine, Super Super and Rhizome. Julie Dennis from the San Mateo Weekly wrote, "when her creativity is channeled on canvas with paint, vibrant expressive pieces are the result."
Her work has been shown in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, Showcave and Night Gallery in Los Angeles, Secret Project Robot and New Museum in New York City, at It's Liquid International in Italy..
